Perhaps you feel 'stuck' in some way, anxious, depressed or dissatisfied with life. You may be interested in Clinical Supervision or learning ways to support your own or your organisation's emotional wellbeing. If any of these apply, I can help you to improve your emotional wellbeing and live life more fully. Whether you have a diagnosis of a mental health condition or not, I am passionate about supporting people to manage their emotions, understand themselves more compassionately and live life more freely.
I am trained to deliver and integrate several psychological therapy approaches including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR).
I provide Psychological Therapy and Clinical Supervision in a welcoming and confidential space (in person and online) to treat/ supervise work related to difficulties such as:

What is Psychological Therapy?
Psychological therapy is an evidence-based approach (meaning that it has been shown to work through research trials) that can help you to manage difficult emotional experiences and situations.
It involves helping you to understand your feelings in the context of past and current experiences. You will also learn coping strategies to help you manage long term. This is done in a confidential, compassionate and non-judgemental setting to help you talk and process your experiences safely and openly.
Psychological therapy approaches include:
